‘Leech and Kshudra-Roga!’

Shushrut is a God-father of surgery. Shushrut-Samhita is the basic authentic text for surgery.

‘Kshudra-Roga’ is the specific term of Ayurved surgery. Total number of Kshudra-Roga is forty-four. Though, different organs are involved in Kshudra-Roga; but the basic aetiology is common and so basic line of treatment is common also.
If, we study in detail; Kshudra-Roga; it can be related with skin-disorder or dermatology branch mainly.
According to Ayurved; root common cause of Kshudra-Roga is infected blood or Pitta Dushta Rakta. So, basic line of treatment is blood-letting. In Kshudra-Roga; local treatment is essential. Leech is the best local way of blood-letting. It is also the best way of pitta-dushta blood-letting. In Kshudra-Roga; there is the need of cosmetic surgery. Some types of Kshudra-Roga are vital organs disorders. Leech is the best way to solve this problem because, it is the best Para-surgical sharp instrument and it is the best divine boon to do the job of Plastic-surgery; it is proved also.
Kshudra-Roga means not minor; but, in terms of micro; it can be related; but never cannot be related with Symptomatic diagnosis and Symptomatic treatment.
Kshudra means only one sign and symptom or to the point sign and symptom or pointed symptom.
Basic aim and object of Ayurved is to prevent or prevention is better than cure. If we do blood-letting by leech at the junction of most common occurring stage of Kshudra-Roga e.g.
